Call today from a social worker..there is an asian man walking along...he has a scarfe over his face and a pink plaster cast on his arm, think this is suspicious! It might remotely have been a bit sus if it had not been cold and very windy and within a couple of hundred yards of the local A&E hospital in the middle of a predominantly asian area. Sad this is this was logged for action by a cop as well!
The rota saga goes on, the Chief has invited officers, via their SMT, to email the Fed saying they are not happy with the vote for 8 hours and want to work what the Chief wants - unbelievable.
He has given them a week to do so and the Fed a week to accept what he wants or its 8 hour shifts, 7 on and 2 off. Am I missing the point here but was there not a ballot which was against what the Chief wanted.
Ah well, moral is at an all time low, everyone I talk to is thoroughly pissed off, and he has done wonders for the force.
